Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Hanko for Sheets and its paid add-on Hanko for Sheets — Approval Log (together, “the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks (“we”).
1. License
Free version. You may install and use it, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge.
Paid add-on. Purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Approval Log features. The license does not expire and there is no subscription. You may use it on any spreadsheet you have access to, under your own Google account.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Add-on, or attempt to circumvent its license verification.
2. Purchase and refunds
The paid add-on is sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Purchase, payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under the terms and refund policy shown to you at the time of purchase.
3. What the Add-on does not guarantee
The Add-on is a tool for recording approvals. It is not a legal signature service, and we make no claim about the legal effect of a stamp placed with it. Whether a stamp constitutes approval in your organization, and whether it satisfies any legal or regulatory requirement, is for you and your advisors to determine.
The known limitations are stated on the product page and are repeated here:
- Exporting to .xlsx converts the stamp into a floating image
- Copying a cell into a different spreadsheet does not carry the stamp
- The Add-on requires an internet connection
The Approval Log is designed to detect modification of its records. It cannot prevent it: the owner of a Google spreadsheet can always remove sheet protection. We describe this as detection, not prevention, and you should not rely on it as prevention.
4. No warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Google Workspace.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any spreadsheet that matters to you.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the Add-on, and may change or discontinue features. If the paid add-on is discontinued, existing licenses will continue to work with the version you have.
Google may change Google Workspace or Apps Script in ways that affect the Add-on. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この規約は、Google Workspace アドオン Hanko for Sheets および有料アドオン Hanko for Sheets — 承認ログ（以下「本アドオン」）の利用について定めます。提供者は Daily Picks（以下「当方」）です。
1. ライセンス
無料版：個人・商用を問わず、無償でインストールして利用できます。
有料アドオン：購入により、承認ログの機能を利用する非独占・無期限のライセンスが付与されます。期限はなく、サブスクリプションではありません。 利用者自身の Google アカウントで、アクセスできるスプレッドシートに対して利用できます。
本アドオンの再販売・再配布・サブライセンス、およびライセンス認証を回避する行為は認められません。
2. 購入と返金
有料アドオンは Gumroad を通じて販売されます。Gumroad が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として、購入・決済・請求・売上税・返金を取り扱います。返金の条件は、購入時に Gumroad の画面に表示される内容に従います。
3. 本アドオンが保証しないこと
本アドオンは承認を記録するための道具であり、法的な署名サービスではありません。本アドオンで押した印の法的効果について、当方は一切の主張をしません。 押印が貴社において承認を構成するか、法令や規程の要件を満たすかは、利用者と利用者の専門家が判断すべき事項です。
既知の制約は製品ページに記載のとおりで、ここにも再掲します。
- .xlsx に書き出すと、印はセルの上に浮いた画像に変わります
- 別のスプレッドシートにセルを貼り付けると、印は付いてきません
- 本アドオンの利用にはインターネット接続が必要です
承認ログは、記録の改変を検出するように設計されています。防ぐことはできません。 Google スプレッドシートのオーナーは、いつでもシートの保護を外すことができます。当方はこれを「検出」と説明しており、「防止」として依拠しないでください。
4. 無保証
本アドオンは現状有姿で提供されます。明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。中断のないこと、エラーがないこと、将来のバージョンの Google Workspace と互換であることを保証しません。
5. 責任の制限
適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲において、本アドオンの利用に起因する当方の責任の総額は、利用者が支払った金額を超えないものとします。データの喪失や業務の中断を含む、間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。
重要なスプレッドシートのバックアップは、利用者自身で保持してください。
6. 変更と提供の継続
当方は本アドオンを更新し、機能を変更または終了することがあります。有料アドオンの提供を終了した場合も、既存のライセンスは、お手元のバージョンで引き続き動作します。
Google が Google Workspace や Apps Script を変更し、本アドオンに影響が及ぶことがあります。当方は動作を維持するよう合理的な努力をしますが、保証はしません。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
