このポリシーは、Daily Picks が配布する WordPress プラグイン Content Freshness Check（記事の鮮度チェック）（以下「本プラグイン」）について説明します。
まとめ
本プラグインは、あなたのサイトの中だけで動きます。開発者はサーバーもデータベースも持たず、あなたのサイトのデータを見ることはできません。
読むもの
- 設定で選んだ投稿タイプ（既定は投稿と固定ページ）のうち、公開・予約・非公開の記事のタイトルと本文
- 読むのはあなたのサイトのサーバーの中で、記事を保存したときと、毎日1回（WP-Cron）です
保存するもの（すべてあなたのサイトのデータベースの中）
- 記事ごと（投稿メタ）：見つかった所の抜粋と種類・件数、最後に読んだ日時、最終確認日、次に確かめる間隔、「対応済み」にしたものとそのメモ・日付・操作したユーザーの ID
- サイト全体（オプション）：設定、読み取りの進み具合、最後に全記事を読んだ日時、更新の確認で得た最新の版番号
- 件数の一時的な集計（トランジェント・1時間）
書き換えないもの
- 記事のタイトル・本文・更新日は書き換えません
外に出すもの
- 週1回のメール（設定でオフにできる）：あなたのサイトの WordPress のメール機能で、サイトの管理者のメールアドレスに件数と上位10記事を送ります。開発者には届きません
- 更新の確認（daily-picks.life から入れた ZIP 版だけ・設定でオフにできる）：週1回、
https://daily-picks.life/wp-json/wp/v2/pages?slug=content-freshness&_fields=contentを読み、最新の版番号を取ります。送るのはこの問い合わせだけで、利用者名・記事・設定などは送りません。WordPress が普段つける「サイトの URL 入りのユーザーエージェント」は使わず、content-freshness-check/<版>と名乗ります。ただし、ふつうのウェブの通信と同じく、daily-picks.life のサーバーの記録には問い合わせ元の IP アドレスと日時が残ります。これを個人の特定や追跡には使いません - WordPress.org で配る版には、更新の確認はありません（外への送信は一切ありません）
読者に対して
を書いた記事と、「この記事の情報は〜に確認しました」をオンにした記事にだけ、小さな CSS ファイル（本プラグインの中のファイル）を読み込みます。Cookie・アクセス解析・広告・外部の CDN は使いません
消すとき
- プラグインを削除すると、上の「保存するもの」はすべて消えます

Content Freshness Check runs entirely inside your WordPress site. It reads the title and content of your posts (the post types you choose), and stores its results, your “last checked” dates, review intervals, “handled” notes (with the user ID and date) and settings in your site’s database. It never edits your posts or their modified date. The optional weekly email is sent by your own site to your site’s admin address. The ZIP version from daily-picks.life (not the WordPress.org version) reads the product page’s version number once a week from https://daily-picks.life/wp-json/wp/v2/pages?slug=content-freshness&_fields=content; nothing about your site is sent, it uses its own user agent instead of WordPress’s default one (which contains your site address), and it can be turned off. As with any web request, the daily-picks.life server logs the requesting IP address and time; we do not use it to identify or track anyone. No cookies, analytics, advertising or external CDNs.
