This policy covers the Google Workspace add-on Hanko for Sheets and its paid add-on Hanko for Sheets — Approval Log (together, “the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks.

Summary

The Add-on stores the data it creates inside your own spreadsheet. We do not operate a server, we do not have a database, and we cannot see your spreadsheets or their contents.

What the Add-on accesses

The content of the spreadsheet you have open — to place the stamp in the cell you selected. It stays in that spreadsheet. The spreadsheets.currentonly scope means the Add-on cannot access any other file in your Drive.
Your Google account email address — to record who placed each stamp, in the Approval Log. It is written into a sheet inside your own spreadsheet, and never transmitted to us or to any third party.

What the Add-on does not do

It does not send your spreadsheet content anywhere
It does not send your email address to us or to any third party
It does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or cookies
It does not read, create, or modify any other file in your Google Drive

Visibility to other people

The Approval Log is a sheet inside your spreadsheet. Anyone who can view that spreadsheet can see the email addresses recorded in the log. This is intended — the purpose of an approval record is that it can be read — but you should know it before sharing the file.

License verification (paid add-on only)

To confirm your purchase, your license key is sent to Gumroad (api.gumroad.com):

when you activate the key, and
about once a week after that, when you open the sidebar, to confirm the purchase has not been refunded or disputed.

The sidebar running in your browser sends the key directly to Gumroad. The key is never sent to us.

Gumroad’s response includes details of the purchase, including the email address used to buy it. The Add-on uses only whether the license is valid (the product, and whether the purchase was refunded or disputed) and the number of activations. It does not store or display the purchase email address.

These are the only requests the Add-on makes to any service other than Google

Your license key is stored in your own Google account’s user properties, together with the result and time of the last check. On screen, it is shown only as its last four characters

How your data is protected

The Add-on is designed so that your data never leaves Google’s infrastructure:

Stamps and the Approval Log are stored only in your own spreadsheet, protected by your Google account and the spreadsheet’s sharing settings
Your license key and the result of the last check are stored in your own Google account’s user properties, which only you can read
We operate no server and keep no copy of your data, so there is nothing on our side that could be breached
The only connection outside Google (license verification with Gumroad, paid add-on only) uses HTTPS
Access is limited to the spreadsheet you have open (spreadsheets.currentonly); the Add-on cannot open any other file

Limited Use

Hanko for Sheets’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above. It is not used for advertising, not sold or transferred to third parties, not read by people, and not used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine-learning models.

Deleting your data

Because the data lives in your own spreadsheet, you control it directly:

To remove the approval records: delete the Approval Log sheet from your spreadsheet
To remove the stamps: clear the cells that contain them
To remove the Add-on’s access entirely: uninstall it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, and remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Children

The Add-on is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

本アドオンが作るデータは、利用者自身のスプレッドシートの中に保存されます。提供者はサーバーもデータベースも持たず、利用者のスプレッドシートの中身を見ることはできません。

本アドオンが扱う情報

開いているスプレッドシートの内容 — 選択されたセルに印を置くため。そのスプレッドシートの中に留まります。spreadsheets.currentonly の権限なので、Drive の他のファイルにはアクセスできません。
Google アカウントのメールアドレス — 承認ログに「誰が押したか」を記録するため。利用者自身のスプレッドシート内のシートに書き込まれ、提供者にも第三者にも送信されません。

他の人から見えることについて

承認ログは、スプレッドシートの中のシートです。そのスプレッドシートを閲覧できる人は、ログに記録されたメールアドレスを見ることができます。

これは意図した動作です（承認の記録は読めることに意味があるため）。ただし、ファイルを共有する前に知っておいてください。

ライセンス認証について（有料版のみ）

購入を確認するため、ライセンスキーを Gumroad（api.gumroad.com）に送信します。送信するのは次のときです。

キーを有効化したとき
その後、サイドバーを開いたときに約1週間に1回（返金や支払いの異議申し立てがされていないかを確認するため）

送信は、利用者のブラウザで動いているサイドバーから Gumroad へ直接行います。キーが提供者に送られることはありません。

Gumroad からの応答には、購入時のメールアドレスを含む購入の情報が入っています。本アドオンが使うのは、ライセンスが有効かどうか（どの商品か、返金・異議申し立てがされていないか）と、有効化した回数だけです。購入時のメールアドレスは保存も表示もしません。

これが本アドオンが Google 以外のサービスと行う唯一の通信です
無料版は Google 以外のサービスと一切通信しません
Gumroad 側での取り扱いは Gumroad のプライバシーポリシーに従います
ライセンスキーは、最後に確認した結果・日時とあわせて、利用者自身の Google アカウントのユーザープロパティに保存されます。画面には末尾4文字だけが表示されます

データの保護

本アドオンは、利用者のデータが Google の基盤の外に出ない作りになっています。

Limited Use（Google のデータの使い方の制限）

Google API から受け取った情報の利用と移転は、Limited Use の要件を含む Google API Services User Data Policy に従います。Google のユーザーデータは上に書いた機能のためだけに使い、広告には使わず、第三者に販売・移転せず、人が読むこともなく、AI・機械学習のモデルの開発・改善・学習にも使いません。

データの削除

データは利用者自身のスプレッドシートの中にあるので、直接操作できます。

承認の記録を消す：スプレッドシートから承認ログのシートを削除してください
印を消す：印が入っているセルをクリアしてください
アドオンのアクセスを完全に外す：Google Workspace Marketplace からアンインストールし、myaccount.google.com/permissions でアクセス権を削除してください

提供者は利用者のデータの写しを一切持っていないため、提供者側で削除するものはありません。
