These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Icon Picker for Slides & Docs, including its paid features (“the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks (“we”).
1. License
Free features. You may install and use the Add-on, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge.
Paid features. Purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the paid features. The license does not expire and there is no subscription. You may use it under your own Google account, on any file you have access to.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Add-on or a license key, or attempt to circumvent its license verification.
2. Purchase and refunds
The paid features are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Purchase, payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under the terms and refund policy shown to you at the time of purchase. A refunded or disputed purchase stops the paid features; the free features keep working.
3. Your content
The icons come from open-source icon sets included in the Add-on: Material Symbols (Apache License 2.0), Tabler Icons (MIT License) and Lucide (ISC License). You may use the images you insert in your documents and presentations, including commercial work, under those licenses. The license texts are shown in the sidebar and on the product page. Your files remain yours; the Add-on only adds the images you choose.
4. No warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Google Workspace. For example, how an inserted image looks may differ when the file is printed, exported or opened in another application.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the Add-on, and may change or discontinue features. Google may change Google Workspace or Apps Script in ways that affect the Add-on. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この規約は、Google Workspace アドオン Icon Picker for Slides & Docs（有料機能を含む。以下「本アドオン」）の利用について定めます。提供者は Daily Picks（以下「当方」）です。
1. ライセンス
無料機能：個人・商用を問わず、無償でインストールして利用できます。
有料機能：購入により、有料機能を利用する非独占・無期限のライセンスが付与されます。期限はなく、サブスクリプションではありません。 利用者自身の Google アカウントで、アクセスできるファイルに対して利用できます。
本アドオンやライセンスキーの再販売・再配布・サブライセンス、およびライセンス確認を回避する行為は認められません。
2. 購入と返金
有料機能は Gumroad を通じて販売されます。Gumroad が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として、購入・決済・請求・売上税・返金を取り扱います。返金の条件は、購入時に Gumroad の画面に表示される内容に従います。 返金または支払いの異議申し立てがされた購入では有料機能が止まり、無料機能は引き続き使えます。
3. 利用者のコンテンツ
アイコンは、本アドオンに同梱したオープンソースのアイコン集のものです：Material Symbols（Apache License 2.0）・Tabler Icons（MIT License）・Lucide（ISC License）。入れた画像は、これらのライセンスのもとで、商用を含む文書やプレゼンテーションに使えます。ライセンスの全文はサイドバーと製品ページにあります。ファイルは利用者のものです。本アドオンは選んだ画像を足すだけです。
4. 無保証
本アドオンは現状有姿で提供されます。明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。中断のないこと、エラーがないこと、将来のバージョンの Google Workspace と互換であることを保証しません。たとえば、入れた画像の見え方は、印刷・書き出し・ほかのアプリで開いたときに変わることがあります。
5. 責任の制限
適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲において、本アドオンの利用に起因する当方の責任の総額は、利用者が支払った金額を超えないものとします。データの喪失や業務の中断を含む、間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。
6. 変更と提供の継続
当方は本アドオンを更新し、機能を変更または終了することがあります。Google が Google Workspace・Apps Script を変更し、本アドオンに影響が及ぶことがあります。当方は動作を維持するよう合理的な努力をしますが、保証はしません。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
