This policy covers the Google Workspace™ add-on Daywrap for Google Calendar™, including its paid features (“the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks.

Summary

The Add-on only reads your calendar. It cannot create, change or delete events. Your events are shown only on the print page in your own browser, and are not sent to us or to anyone else. We do not operate a server or a database, and we cannot see your calendar.

What the Add-on reads

Your list of calendars: each calendar’s ID, name, color, time zone, and which one is your primary calendar — to let you choose what to print.
The events of the calendars and dates you choose, only while you use the print page: each event’s title, description, location, start and end time, status (for example, cancelled), and, for events with guests, only whether you accepted or declined (to let you hide declined events). It does not read the other guests’ names or addresses.
Before reading events, the Add-on checks that each calendar you chose is in your own list of calendars and refuses any other ID. It reads at most 5,000 events per print.

What the Add-on stores

If you unlock the paid version, the license key, whether it is valid, and when it was last checked are stored in your Google account’s add-on storage (user properties).
Nothing else. Your events and your print settings are not stored. The print page does not use browser storage.

What the Add-on does not do

It never creates, changes or deletes events or calendars.
It does not access Gmail, Google Drive™, Docs or any other Google service.
It does not send your calendar data to us or to any third party.
It does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or cookies of its own.
We, the developer, cannot read your data. There is no mechanism by which we could.

Permissions (OAuth scopes) and why

`calendar.calendarlist.readonly`	Show the list of your calendars, so you can choose which one to print. Read-only.
`calendar.events.readonly`	Read the events of the calendar and dates you choose, to lay them out for printing. Read-only.
`script.external_request`	Check a license key with Gumroad (paid version only).

We deliberately request read-only access. The Add-on has no permission to change your calendar.

License verification (paid features only)

The Add-on talks to one service other than Google, and only to check a license: Gumroad (api.gumroad.com), where the license is sold.
– When: when you enter a license key, and about once a week after that, when you open the print page (to confirm the purchase has not been refunded or disputed).
– What is sent: only the license key and the product ID. Nothing about your calendar is sent.
– How: the check is made from the Add-on’s code running on Google’s servers (Google Apps Script). The key is never sent to us.
– Gumroad’s response includes details of the purchase, including the email address used to buy it. The Add-on uses only whether the license is valid. It does not store or display the purchase email address.
– On screen, the key is shown only as its last four characters.
– The free version never contacts Gumroad.
– Gumroad’s handling of this data is governed by Gumroad’s privacy policy.

Sharing, transfer and disclosure of Google user data

We do not share, transfer, sell or disclose Google user data to anyone. This includes advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, AI or machine-learning services, and any other third party.

The Google user data the Add-on accesses (your list of calendars and the events you choose to print) is processed only inside Google’s own infrastructure (Google Apps Script) and on the print page in your own browser. It is never sent to us, to Gumroad, or to anyone else.
The only service other than Google that the Add-on contacts is Gumroad, and only to check a license. What is sent is the license key and the product ID, which are not Google user data. No calendar data and no Google account information is sent.
Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
No person reads your Google user data. We have no means to access it.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we have nothing to disclose in response to a legal request.

How your data is protected

No server, no database: we operate no server and keep no database that could hold your data.
Encrypted connections: all communication between your browser, Google and Gumroad uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
Read-only permissions: the Add-on can read your calendar but cannot change it.
Storage inside Google: the license information is kept in your Google account’s add-on storage (user properties), protected by Google’s security. Your events are not stored.
The license key is masked: only its last four characters are shown on screen. The purchase email address returned by Gumroad is not stored or displayed.

Limited Use

The Add-on’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting your data

The license key: click Remove license on the print page.
Your events: the Add-on keeps no copy, so there is nothing to delete. Close the print page and the events are gone from your browser.
To remove the Add-on’s access entirely: uninstall it from the Google Workspace Marketplace, and remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Children

The Add-on is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

本アドオンが保存するもの

有料版を有効にした場合は、ライセンスキー・有効かどうか・最後に確かめた日時を、Google アカウントのアドオン用の保存領域（ユーザープロパティ）に保存します。
それ以外は保存しません。予定も印刷の設定も保存しません。印刷ページはブラウザの保存領域を使いません。

本アドオンが行わないこと

予定やカレンダーを作らず、変えず、消しません
Gmail・Google ドライブ™・ドキュメントなど、ほかの Google のサービスには触れません
カレンダーのデータを、提供者にも第三者にも送りません
独自のアクセス解析・トラッキング・広告・Cookie を使いません
提供者が利用者のデータを読むことはできません。 そのための仕組みが存在しません

Google のユーザーデータの共有・移転・開示

Google のユーザーデータを、誰にも共有・移転・販売・開示しません。広告主・データ業者・アクセス解析の事業者・AI や機械学習のサービスを含む、どの第三者にも渡しません。

本アドオンが扱う Google のユーザーデータ（カレンダーの一覧と、印刷のために選んだ予定）は、Google の基盤（Google Apps Script）と、あなたのブラウザの印刷ページの中だけで処理します。提供者にも Gumroad にも、ほかの誰にも送りません。
本アドオンが Google 以外と通信するのは、ライセンスを確かめるときの Gumroad だけです。送るのはライセンスキーと商品 ID で、Google のユーザーデータではありません。カレンダーのデータや Google アカウントの情報は送りません。
Google のユーザーデータを、汎用の AI・機械学習モデルの開発・改良・学習に使いません。

データの保護

データの削除

ライセンスキー：印刷ページの Remove license を押してください
予定：本アドオンは写しを持たないので、消すものはありません。印刷ページを閉じれば、ブラウザからも消えます
アドオンのアクセスを完全に外す：Google Workspace Marketplace からアンインストールし、myaccount.google.com/permissions でアクセス権を削除してください

提供者は利用者のデータの写しを一切持っていないため、提供者側で削除するものはありません。
