These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Speaker Notes Export for Google Slides, including its paid features (“the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks (“we”).
1. License
Free features. You may install and use the Add-on, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge.
Paid features. Purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the paid features. The license does not expire and there is no subscription. You may use it under your own Google account, on any file you have access to.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Add-on or a license key, or attempt to circumvent its license verification.
2. Purchase and refunds
The paid features are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Purchase, payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under the terms and refund policy shown to you at the time of purchase. A refunded or disputed purchase stops the paid features; the free features keep working.
3. Your content
Your slides and notes remain yours. The Add-on reads only the file you have open and does not send its content to us or to any third party. Notes are changed only when you press Apply; you are responsible for checking the preview, and for keeping your own backups (the Add-on also downloads a text backup before each change). Exports are provided for your own use; you are responsible for the content of the notes you export, print or share.
4. No warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Google Workspace. For example, we do not warrant that exported or printed documents will look the same in every PDF or Word viewer, that every character will appear in the PDF (characters outside the bundled font are replaced with “?”), or that the estimated speaking time will match your own pace.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the Add-on, and may change or discontinue features. Google may change Google Workspace or Apps Script in ways that affect the Add-on. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この規約は、Google Workspace アドオン Speaker Notes Export for Google Slides（有料機能を含む。以下「本アドオン」）の利用について定めます。提供者は Daily Picks（以下「当方」）です。
1. ライセンス
無料機能：個人・商用を問わず、無償でインストールして利用できます。
有料機能：購入により、有料機能を利用する非独占・無期限のライセンスが付与されます。期限はなく、サブスクリプションではありません。 利用者自身の Google アカウントで、アクセスできるファイルに対して利用できます。
本アドオンやライセンスキーの再販売・再配布・サブライセンス、およびライセンス確認を回避する行為は認められません。
2. 購入と返金
有料機能は Gumroad を通じて販売されます。Gumroad が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として、購入・決済・請求・売上税・返金を取り扱います。返金の条件は、購入時に Gumroad の画面に表示される内容に従います。 返金または支払いの異議申し立てがされた購入では有料機能が止まり、無料機能は引き続き使えます。
3. 利用者のコンテンツ
スライドとノートは利用者のものです。本アドオンは開いているファイルだけを読み、その内容を提供者にも第三者にも送りません。ノートが変わるのは「変える」を押したときだけで、プレビューの確認と、ご自身のバックアップの保管は利用者の責任です（本アドオンも変更の前に TXT の控えをダウンロードします）。書き出し・印刷・共有するノートの内容については、利用者が責任を負います。
4. 無保証
本アドオンは現状有姿で提供されます。明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。中断のないこと、エラーがないこと、将来のバージョンの Google Workspace と互換であることを保証しません。たとえば、書き出し・印刷した文書がすべての PDF・Word ビューアで同じ見た目になること、PDF にすべての文字が出ること（同梱のフォントにない文字は「?」になります）、話す時間の目安が利用者の実際の速さと一致することは保証しません。
5. 責任の制限
適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲において、本アドオンの利用に起因する当方の責任の総額は、利用者が支払った金額を超えないものとします。データの喪失や業務の中断を含む、間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。
6. 変更と提供の継続
当方は本アドオンを更新し、機能を変更または終了することがあります。Google が Google Workspace・Apps Script を変更し、本アドオンに影響が及ぶことがあります。当方は動作を維持するよう合理的な努力をしますが、保証はしません。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
