These terms govern your use of the Google Workspace add-on Custom Page Size for Google Docs, including its paid features (“the Add-on”), published by Daily Picks (“we”).
1. License
Free features. You may install and use the Add-on, for personal or commercial purposes, at no charge.
Paid features. Purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the paid features. The license does not expire and there is no subscription. You may use it under your own Google account, on any file you have access to.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Add-on or a license key, or attempt to circumvent its license verification.
2. Purchase and refunds
The paid features are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Purchase, payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax, and refunds are handled by Gumroad under the terms and refund policy shown to you at the time of purchase. A refunded or disputed purchase stops the paid features; the free features keep working.
3. Your content
The Add-on changes the page setup of the document you ask it to change, and nothing else. Your document remains yours; we do not access, copy or claim any right to it. You are responsible for checking the result (for example, how pages break after a size change) and for keeping backups. The Add-on offers “Undo” for the last change, and you can also use Docs’ version history.
4. No warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Google Workspace. For example, we do not guarantee how your pages will break or how text will wrap after a size change, or how a printer or print service will handle a non-standard paper size.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from your use of the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
6. Changes and availability
We may update the Add-on, and may change or discontinue features. Google may change Google Workspace or Apps Script in ways that affect the Add-on. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working, but we do not guarantee it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

この規約は、Google Workspace アドオン Custom Page Size for Google Docs（有料機能を含む。以下「本アドオン」）の利用について定めます。提供者は Daily Picks（以下「当方」）です。
1. ライセンス
無料機能：個人・商用を問わず、無償でインストールして利用できます。
有料機能：購入により、有料機能を利用する非独占・無期限のライセンスが付与されます。期限はなく、サブスクリプションではありません。 利用者自身の Google アカウントで、アクセスできるファイルに対して利用できます。
本アドオンやライセンスキーの再販売・再配布・サブライセンス、およびライセンス確認を回避する行為は認められません。
2. 購入と返金
有料機能は Gumroad を通じて販売されます。Gumroad が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として、購入・決済・請求・売上税・返金を取り扱います。返金の条件は、購入時に Gumroad の画面に表示される内容に従います。 返金または支払いの異議申し立てがされた購入では有料機能が止まり、無料機能は引き続き使えます。
3. 利用者のコンテンツ
本アドオンが変えるのは、利用者が変更を指示した文書の用紙設定だけです。文書は利用者のものであり、当方はそれにアクセスせず、複製せず、いかなる権利も主張しません。結果（例：大きさを変えたあとの改ページ）の確認とバックアップは利用者の責任です。本アドオンは直前の変更の「元に戻す」を備え、Docs の版の履歴も使えます。
4. 無保証
本アドオンは現状有姿で提供されます。明示・黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。中断のないこと、エラーがないこと、将来のバージョンの Google Workspace と互換であることを保証しません。たとえば、大きさを変えたあとの改ページや文字の折り返し、標準でない用紙を印刷機器や印刷サービスがどう扱うかは保証しません。
5. 責任の制限
適用される法令が許す最大限の範囲において、本アドオンの利用に起因する当方の責任の総額は、利用者が支払った金額を超えないものとします。データの喪失や業務の中断を含む、間接的・付随的・結果的な損害について責任を負いません。
6. 変更と提供の継続
当方は本アドオンを更新し、機能を変更または終了することがあります。Google が Google Workspace・Apps Script を変更し、本アドオンに影響が及ぶことがあります。当方は動作を維持するよう合理的な努力をしますが、保証はしません。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。
