What Stripe and PayPal actually charged, and what you actually kept — month by month.
WooCommerce reports show sales, but not the fees taken out of them. The official Stripe and PayPal plugins already save the real fee on every order. This plugin reads those saved amounts and adds them up. Nothing is estimated, and orders are never modified.
Free plugin
- Monthly sales, refunds, fees, net received and fee rate — Stripe and PayPal side by side
- Currencies kept apart: Stripe fees are in your Stripe balance currency, so nothing is silently converted
- Orders with no fee data yet, or with numbers that do not add up, are listed with the reason — never counted as zero
- Fee and Net columns in the order list
- Monthly and per-order CSV that opens cleanly in Excel
The free plugin is under review at WordPress.org. Until it is listed there, it is included with the add-on download.
Add-on — $39, one-time
- Stripe payout reconciliation: every charge, refund, fee and adjustment inside a payout, matched to your orders, with the mismatches first (automatic payouts only — Stripe does not list the contents of manual payouts)
- Journals for Xero and QuickBooks, one balanced journal per month, gateway and currency
- Monthly email on the 1st with last month’s fees and the CSV
- Totals in the currency you were paid in, using only the amounts Stripe and PayPal converted themselves
- Asks for a Stripe restricted key with read access only, refuses full secret keys, stores it encrypted
- One year of updates and support. It keeps working after that — nothing switches off

Works with WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway and WooCommerce PayPal Payments. WooPayments, Square and Mollie are not supported.
